Our team have over 60 years combined experience working for some of the world's leading luxury brands. We have a deep knowledge of the luxury business and understand how high net worth individuals think. Luxury Connect is part of Lemon Group International Ltd, a leading, UK-based company with a focus on Events, Luxury, Consultancy, Celebrity Management and Technology. With an entire career working in and around luxury brands, Andrew has gained an unparalleled insight into the world of luxury.
Andrew began his career working in high end publishing and quickly gained an affinity for luxury brands and their clients. Working initially with Porsche GB and Sunseeker Yachts he was then headhunted to help launch Bentley Magazine in 2002 as Sales Director. In 2004 Andrew founded Intelligent Promotions Ltd working as the Official International Affinity Marketing Agency for Fairline Boats PLC.
He realised there was a niche market in Luxury Affinity Marketing and launched the Luxury Network in 2007, a company dedicated to creating unique partnerships between luxury brands. Working with brands such as Aston Martin, Holland & Holland, Gieves & Hawkes, British Airways, Selfridges and Maybach, Andrew built up a strong network of contacts within the luxury sector. Andrew sold his interests in The Luxury Network in 2010 with the view of creating a dedicated marketing/ communications agency exclusively for luxury brands. Luxury Connect was born. Taking an end-to-end approach to luxury marketing, Luxury Connect allows luxury brands to become more profitable and increase market share.
Paul was born in London to parents who migrated from India with very little to their name.
After obtaining a degree from Kings College London he entered the world of IT with his first role at Viglen PLC, a computer business owned by Lord Sugar. Here he learned about the commercial reality of business, customer engagement and service. Following his time at Viglen, Paul went on to work for companies such as Intel, Microsoft, Siemens and Computer Associates. It was after his first turnaround role at the company Energis, which was later sold to Cable and Wireless, that Paul decided to become independent and start consulting for companies looking for a change in their business strategy from a commercial perspective.
Whilst consulting, Paul advised, set up and invested in many start-ups and small businesses and in some instances, as compensation, took shareholdings in them. They became the portfolio of shareholdings which he now owns. He is the founder and Director of Lemon Group International Ltd, a UK-based investment company. Paul is a trustee of I Love Love a UK registered charity and is also a Rotarian. He is also founder of The Asian Awards which focusses on awarding the worlds best Asians across a multitude of disciplines.
Hailing from sunny Newcastle, Paul Freeman is the Creative Director and Lead Designer for Luxury Connect.
His design work can be seen across the plethora of websites, business cards and stationery for luxury brands across the world. Paul graduated from the multi award winning Northumbria School of Design, specialising in multimedia design. He has worked in the professional design industry ever since and quickly discovered that his fastidious nature and hyper-critical attention to detail was perfect for working with luxury brands, where the demands are second to none.
A veteran of several design agencies, Paul now handles the creative side of things at Luxury Connect, ensuring that our designs feel as luxurious as the brands they represent. A true creative, Paul is never happier than when brainstorming and sketching out new ideas for clients. However playing semi-pro football comes a close second.
Matt holds a First Class BSc in Business and Management and a full Honours Degree in Law, both from top London Universities. This has allowed him to deal with people, business and communication on all levels.
Following on from his graduation, Matt found himself working for another major international retailer, project managing their home delivery systems and expanding their UK capacity by integrating new operations into existing retail outlets, keeping costs at a minimum whilst driving the network capacity and overall business growth.
Matt was then headhunted by a major UK security firm, to run their entire UK operation. He was also responsible for an overhaul of the legal side of the company, removing the company solicitors and representing the business in court himself with a 100% success rate, thanks to his skills as an orator and strong foundation of both business and legal knowledge. Matt began working for Luxury Connect in 2012. His skills in management and communication being a key asset in keeping the company moving forwards.
Our resident IT genius, Mani also holds the honour of being the youngest member of our team at only 21!
Don't let his age fool you though, as Mani has a level of expertise in web development that many developers do not amass in a lifetime, having worked on major projects for high end clients such as Quintessentially and the Asian Awards.
Calm and collected, Mani takes the pressure of designing cutting edge new technologies and phenomenal websites in his stride, always ensuring that everything Luxury Connect develop has the functionality to match the looks. Always looking to develop his skills and ensure that his knowledge remains at the forefront of the rapidly changing world of web development.
Mayowa heads up the events side of Luxury Connect. Her entire career has been spent working with luxury brands and high net worth individuals.
Starting out with her planning weddings for the super rich and working with some of the most demanding clients and suppliers in the world, Mayowa has since built up a wealth of influential contacts both here in the UK and in her home country of Nigeria.
Her experience has allowed her to put together Luxury Connect events for some of the luxury industry's leading brands, including luxury handbag companies Anya Hindmarch and Zagliani and the Yacht London. Mayowa's eye for detail and intuitive knowledge of event planning has allowed her to excel, gaining admirable feedback and a formidable reputation in the world of luxury events. Mayowa currently manages the experiences program for a globally recognised private bank, giving them a wide variety of money can't buy experiences to reward their clients.
